Founded in June
1999, BurtonValley.com first became
involved in highly visible and
controversial development applications
along Burton Ridge. Later, it
actively worked with other city and
community leaders to strengthen
Lafayette's General Plan and Hillside
Ordinance to ensure the city's vision of
maintaining its "semi-rural" character.
Today, three of its
founding members, Brad Kisner, Lynn
Hiden, and
Clifford Tong, sit on the Board of the
Lafayette Homeowners Council, and the
organization remains committed to
maintaining the wonderful community we
enjoy in Lafayette.
