Take
the Parks Master Plan Opinion Survey
The
Lafayette Parks, Trails and Recreation
Commission and Staff is in the process
of preparing a Parks Master Plan for the
entire City. The process has three
phases. For Phase 1, a background
report was prepared on City-owned parks
and potential park needs. The current
Phase 2 is public outreach. The most
important objective for this effort is
having Lafayette residents complete a
public opinion survey.
Please
take a moment to go to the City web site at
http://www.ci.lafayette.ca.us/ and
scroll down to Parks Master Plan Opinion
Survey. Click here, scan down the page
and then
fill out
the survey
using the link at the end of the page.
You will
also see a
link to the
Background Report.
Once the
public outreach is concluded, Phase 3
will be the drafting, review and
hearings on the Park Master Plan
itself. If you have any questions or
